Fathom
What is collected
Nothing about you. Fathom has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your progress, coins, settings and anything you have bought in the Market are stored only on your device.
Purchases
Coin packs and Remove Ads are bought through Apple. Apple handles the payment; Fathom only learns which item was bought, so it can credit it, and never sees your payment details.
Advertising
Fathom shows adverts between levels and offers videos you can choose to watch for coins. They come from Google AdMob, and they are non‑personalised: Fathom asks Google not to use any profile of you to choose them. To deliver one at all, Google receives your device’s IP address, an identifier used to limit how often the same advert is shown, and whether an advert was seen or tapped. Google describes what it does with that at business.safety.google/privacy.
Fathom does not use Apple’s advertising identifier and never asks to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
In the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, adverts are Google’s “limited ads”: no identifier is used and nothing is stored on your device to serve them, so there is nothing to consent to and no consent form is shown.
What is not done
There is no third‑party analytics, nothing is sold or shared, and nothing follows you across other apps or websites.
Children
Fathom is a general-audience puzzle game. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included, and its adverts are limited to content rated for general audiences.
Deleting it
Deleting the app deletes everything Fathom stored. Questions: hello@stryin.com.
